I spent years determined to heal: seeing specialists, trying treatments, following every protocol. Yet I kept hitting dead ends. Mainstream doctors wanted to give me prescriptions to mask my symptoms but never gave me answers to the root cause. So, I paid out of pocket for holistic doctors — thankfully, they offered insight, but still, my body wasn’t healing the way I hoped. I was especially desperate to heal my chronic hives, but nothing seemed to work.
Here's the silver lining though, while the hives didn’t go away, so many other unexpected things DID heal. My lifelong, forever-clogged nose finally opened — no more allergies & constant watery eyes, and for the first time, I could actually breathe out of my nose! My brain fog lifted, and the crushing daily fatigue transformed into energy I hadn’t known in over a decade. And to top it off, the bloating and inflammation that I thought were “just part of life after two kids” melted away; I never imagined I’d enjoy a flat tummy again, especially with such a busy life and subpar exercise routine!
When doctors couldn’t help me, I dove deep into studying holistic healing myself — and it’s a decision I’ll never regret.
